1-on-1 Wedding Coaching

…that transforms the mother of the Kallah or Choson from overwhelmed, overloaded and overcome to calm, composed and connected to the unimaginably powerful spiritual essence of the day!

Your practical dilemmas. Your worries. Your emotions. Your spiritual connection.

Whether you’re an overwhelmed first time mother-of-the bride with a to-do list longer than you’ve ever held in your life…

Or you have the practical part mostly under control,  because you’ve done this so many times before…

Maybe you’re supporting a close friend, listening to her stresses, and you want to help in any way you can

(read on to find out how you can help her in a whole new way!)

…You want the period of your child’s engagement and wedding to be

a special time you’ll float on wings of ecstatic joy, gratitude

…and connection to Hashem. But somehow, it’s not so easy to access that…

You know you’re SO blessed to have gown shopping on your to-do list, but as you check one thing off, seven more pop up!

You want to be as supportive as your child needs you to be, as they handle the greatest transition of their life…

You want to welcome the new member of your family with open arms…

But you’re balancing so much!

What will happen if it rains?

Is making a guest list without forgetting anyone even possible?

Getting everyones addresses – or even email addresses is such a huge job!

Did all the welcome packages get delivered?

You feel so blessed!

Hashem has showered you with bracha that so many others are yearning for.

Yet there’s just so much muchness that you can’t focus on gratitude.

Or simply floating on the exhilarating joy that you dreamed of for all these years!

Dear mother: You’re doing the best you possibly can!

Like hundreds of other mothers of kallahs and chassanim, you’ve been hurled into an extreme emotional, physical and ruchniyus tornado.

With no instruction manual!

We’re equipped with knowledge, tefilos and hashkafa for so much of our life; as kallahs, expectant mothers, and almost every stage of parenting—but nothing for the powerful moment when your role as a mother transforms into that of Baalas Simcha…

Pressure and high emotion is part and parcel of this special stage.

The focus, connection and joy that we dream of is so easily lost in the intense whirlwind of the day.

But what if you could throw open the doors to a treasure trove of connection and clarity and a day of pure simcha?

Hello,

I'm Rachel Schreiber.

Mother, grandmother, life coach and mentor with nearly ten years of coaching experience.

The anxiety that often comes along with the preparations can overshadow this incredible opportunity for intense joy and connection.

I asked many, many mothers what worked for them and what didn’t, and realized that it was the noise of practical pressures drowning out the connection to the simcha.

And that’s really the essence of connection

Because the more the mother is practically in control, the more we can work on understanding the meaning of the day, and the more she can access the full kaleidoscope of emotion and feel centered at the simcha.

I know it’s working when I see the transformation

When the mother makes that magical shift from fretting over the details to connecting to the true spiritual essence of the day. And once she’s tasted it, she knows she can access it leading up to, on, and after the special day.

And I want you to have it too.

Unwrap serenity at every stage.

Before the wedding

  • Plan in a focused, organized, way – and still get more than a few hours of sleep

  • Calmly juggle your family responsibilities

  • Handle your child’s emotions with confidence and empathy

  • Navigate the
    mechutanim with grace and astuteness

During the wedding

  • Host your guests in a gracious, loving manner (not drained from running around.)

  • Revel in the exalting moments of the Chuppa (because you know just HOW elevated it is)

  • Daven with presence of mind (your brain not buzzing with all the last-minute details)

  • Share your abundance and Simcha with your family and friends (not overwhelmed by the sheer number of people’s needs that you have to balance)

  • Create everlasting memories for years to come (without cringing as you remember one “OUCH” thing someone forgot)

After the wedding

  • Feel grateful for such a beautiful simchah

  • Draw koach from the simchah to continue your responsibilities

  • Be an attentive, present mother for your young couple and the rest of the family

  • Enjoy your nachas wholeheartedly

Words like these say it all

I gained clarity of mind and order which lead to the most beautiful experience

I couldn’t think of finding the time and energy to meet with Rachel, yet when I was told what I’d gain by some other clients, I realized it’s a “must” and I will make it a priority.

Starting at home on the day of the wedding, my clear lists allowed room for real Simcha and connection to this momentous day.

L.W.

I was organised, efficient, focused and grateful. Yet pressured nonetheless. Until I met Rachel.

She connected me to the “Mother”

To my exclusivity.

At the wedding I felt an outpouring of love, gratefulness, prayer and joy as I greeted the guests, danced with the bride and prayed with all my being.

I felt connected like never before.

To my child, my family, my guests and ultimately and so powerfully, to Hashem.

Thank you Rachel.

“Rachel gave me tools to enjoy the process, I
loved the Hashkofa part and going through
all the technical things together enabled me to feel
connected to the simcha joyfully”

T.W

"I realized how many pent up emotions are
connected to different practical issues " I felt very much that
what we did together was a process with a very clear end goal being
the wedding (and after) in mind

I.B

My first feeling was that I didn’t have time to call
Rachel, but after thinking it over, I knew I would eventually
gain time. It would help me be more organized and effective.
And so I did, and it felt so good knowing I had someone to share my
pressure with, and I gained amazing tools for inner strength."

M.S

At the first wedding I made, the tips Rachel gave me
were so helpful by the time I made my next
2 weddings (6 weeks apart), I knew that
sitting with Rachel will give me the organization I need and
eventually minimize pressure and enhancing the joy

FAQ’s

Wedding season definitely leaves you with little time to breathe! Clients who had the same worry reflected that taking time for the sessions definitely left them with a clearer mind, leaving them feeling a lot less overwhelmed and strapped for time. As R.M puts it- “ I made time because I realized how important this was to me, and it had to be a priority. The more time I made, the more sessions I wanted!”

Rachel has an incredible gift for truly understanding her clients and where they’re coming from. The hashkafa she shares in her coaching is rich and thought-provoking—offering insights you wouldn’t hear anywhere else. It’s precisely because she brings a fresh perspective that it can open your mind and enhance your experience in ways you wouldn’t expect.

Definitely – it needs to work for you and your schedule. You can book one session at a time, but keep in mind you won’t receive the 10% bulk session discount.

These sessions are uniquely YOURS. No mother’s journey with Rachel is the same. Rachel will have an initial call to understand what areas you’d like to focus on and personalizes the sessions to give you what you want to get out of them.

You’ll get to the wedding.
The journey there is yours to decide

Looking forward to guiding you on this wonderful journey...
